Blog 10 English Language Challenges

Hi guys It is Wednesday and we have to write on the blogs. Today I will write about the general experience of the blog classes, it seems to me that it is an excellent tool for English classes, it captures our attention to being issues that involve us and also lets us use what we know to English and what not. Personally it has helped me a lot, to acquire a little more vocabulary and to learn this language that costs me so much. Although I am not an expert, now I understand the language much more when reading it and understand its dramatical order, sometimes jajajaj. All the themes I find them entertaining, I do not miss any, maybe they were forced topics, but they were entertaining. I thinks that in order to improve my english, there is still a lot to do, the tools of university are the basic ones, but not for a job in another country, and less for me, which costs me and I detest so much. Blog 8 Post Summer Holidays

Hi guys and teachers Today I am going to talk about my next summer holidays, this summer I am going to La Serena, my grandparents bought the house in the Serena and the summer this going to the repair in family. My family lives in the Valle de Elqui 16 years ago, but 2 years ago we bought the house. The first years the house was rented, but this year we will take it for holidays, In my opinion it is the best we can do as family. Everything started as vist for my family in the Valle de Elqui and talk about Christmas, and the idea came out of celebration it together. We will meet cousins, grandparents, uncles, nephews, brother, dog, cat, boyfriends and girlfriends, in total we are 18 persons, we are a small family but we like to do meetings of all followed. When we are in the north we like to be part of the activities of the place, go to the beach, do tours of local wine and wine and beer and we go to the dinner, but the most important to arrange our new summer home. Blog 7 What is your favorite book?

Hi guys! Today I am going to talk about for my favorite book, this is "The Hunger Games". The first time I heard of this trilogy was for the movie of the same name, after watching it in the cinema decided to read the book of the author Suzanne Collins. The book is about a society of the future "Panem" where there is a capitol an 12 districts, the capitol manages everything and live the most accommodating families and important people, such as politicians and TV people, in contrast the 12 districts are without freedom and in poverty, but most important no one can leave the boundaries of your district. But the important thing about the book are  "The Hunger Games", a television show organized by the capitol to humiliate the population. Blog 6 Post Graduate Studies

Hello People Today I want to talk about the future, because out of my career, and is a post graduate. I am interested in the post graduates Magister en Gestión Cultural (cultural management) it is in University of Chile. The post graduates has a duration of four semester and it is the currently not accredited but it is listed as one of the best post graduates in the Magister en Gestión Cultural (cultural management). I am interested in this post graduates because I have worked in museums and in the one that is the cultural management projects and I like it a lot, it is also another possibility of work. I currently belong to and ONG on sexual identidy, and studying that post graduate would give me many more tools for many more projects and in a more professional way. Blog 4 Free-Themed post. Talk about your favourite artist

Hi guys! Today I am going to talk about my favourite artist, he is Jackson Pollock, a United States artist of 20th century very important for the current of abstract expressionism and his most important works are Autumn Rhythm (number 30), Blue poles, Shimmering Substance, Number 1 and Eyes in the heat. The first time I met his work was in and art history class, and was impressed with his work and the colors they had, but the first time I saw it live was in the exhibition of the Centro Cultural la Moneda from the collector Peggy Guggenheim and it was rather majestic. His work is of action paint and consists of the shot of paint to create a work of art, the colors and the composition are very important. I like it because I find that his work to be so abstract has so much to say, it is beautiful and with something as simple as a drip can be so majestic. I have the best memories of this artist and his beautiful work. See you.-

Blog 3 My favorite movie/ series / tv series

Hi guys! Today I am going to talk about the my favorite series is Orphan Black, the series deals with clones and stories of each, and how they coexist and cover their backs. In the first season the discovery of the protagonist ( Sarah Manning) of the other female clones identical to her, but with different lifestyles and diseases, she realizes because when returning from a life full of drugs to look for her daughter sees as on of the clones is pulled to the tracks of the train, it is made to pass by it and discovers everything that behind this human experiment. The series is of science fiction and the actress protagonist is  Tatiana Maslany, i n the role of several identical women or clones, canadian actress winner of an Emmy and nominated for a Golden Globe. Blog 2 One of the best

Hi guys! Today I am going to about my best holidays, I was in Vicuña, for IV region in Valle del Elqui, my maternal family lives there since 2001.It Was the summer of 2008, I was 16 years old and started dating whith a very nice girl who always lived in Vicuña and invited me everywhere with them. I was not very confortable to walk with the couple but I knew beautiful landscapes, for example Diaguitas, Andacoyo, Paihuano, The Pampiya of Vicuña and much more. I ate Copao, a fruit that gives cactus and is similar to Kiwi, I ate cinnamon ice cream. I swam in the Embalse Puclaro and the mystical that are the Hare krishna and the Valle de Elqui in general. I got the pleasure of doing crafts, necklaces of runes and quartz. Actaually, I left the Santiago bubble and learned about life, that is why I take it as my best holiday and I recommend this valley for you to visit. See you!
